Lisa Ruud is currently the Director of Academics at the Chatham NY School District where she has served since 2020. Previously, she served as the Director of Curriculum and Instruction, Director of Instructional Technology, Associate Principal for various upstate NY school districts from 2018-2020. Lisa earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education from SUNY Potsdam, a Master of Science in Curriculum and Technology from SUNY Albany, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Policy and Leadership from SUNY Albany.

Laura Nugent is currently the Director of Special Education for the Addison Central School District where she has served since July 2022. Previously, she served as the Director of Student Support Services for the Burlington School District from 2016 - 2022. Laura earned a Bachelor of Education in Education from Goddard College, a Masters in Education from the University of Phoenix, a Certificate of Advanced Study in Educational Leadership from St. Michael’s College, and a Doctor of Education from the University of Vermont.
